full terms and conditions
ORDER.
1. please be 506% sure before you submit an order form. always read all the details provided to avoid conflicts.
2. make sure you have read and agreed with our terms and conditions.
3. strictly no cancellation once you have placed your order.
4. return or exchange due to customer's change of heart is not possible.
5. if you are a minor, always ask for your parent's permission, inform them with the order and be transparent with the details as we do not want to run into conflicts later on.
6. please do not order from us if you aren't willing to wait for your orders to be processed, made, and shipped. there are schedules and sequences to be followed. delays are inevitable as our supplies generally come from overseas. ETAs are only estimations. transit time for normal ETA is usually 3 to 4 weeks once the box has left korea. and we’ll need another 3 days to 1 week for sanitizing, sorting, and packing orders.
PAYMENT.
1. all payments are non-refundable.
2. please pay on or before the given deadline. failure to pay within given payment period will automatically cancel your order and we’ll have you marked as bogus buyer.
3. late payments shall only be accepted if you'll have us notified in advance. penalty fees shall apply. (see end note).
4. should an order be cancelled by buyer after payment has been made, we shall only refund 50% of the total order amount. any down payments will not be refunded.
5. in case of refunds for out-of-stock items or cancelled GOs, we will be giving full refunds.
SHIPMENT.
1. local shipping fee shall be collected once order has arrived in ph and is ready for local delivery or dispatch. buyer must not pay it in advance unless it’s stated in the order form to avoid confusion. an email shall be sent to buyers for the second payment notice.
2. we shall start sorting and packing orders the soonest as batch arrives in ph address. please allow at least three days for us to finish preparing packages to be shipped.
3. once package is shipped, we shall send buyers an email to inform you about the tracking number.
4. all details such as local sf and tracking numbers are encoded in the masterlist and is available for viewing at any time the buyer wishes to do so.
5. local shipping fee includes packing materials, transportation, handling, and other costs on top of courier’s rates. if you are not in favor of our standard rates, you may choose not to order from us or use a different courier service.
6. should the item not fit the assigned courier’s regular mailer, additional shipping fee may be collected once the package has been weighed or measured by the courier, and buyer must pay the said fee.
SHOP RIGHTS.
1. lovedust has the right to deny anyone our services under such circumstances as rude customers and bogus buyers. we humbly ask for buyers to treat us with respect and always kindly raise your concerns regarding your purchases. we cannot always tolerate rude, sarcastic, and impatient remarks as we believe there will always be room for a peaceful and proper conversation.
2. we have the right to change and edit order forms, its contents, and prices within reasonable circumstances. lovedust claims the right to ask buyers to pay extra charges that we may have overlooked while processing the order. fees such as tax and import duties shall be shouldered by and will be divided among buyers from a batch group order.
3. lovedust will not be responsible for any delay, defect, damage, or loss caused by shipment. we will be handling and packing your items carefully for you to receive them in pristine condition. we will not be held liable for any delays made by supplier, maker or fansite. we will be coordinating and constantly be asking for updates for a smooth transaction. all buyers must also be responsible in tracking their orders once tracking numbers are up.
4. we will not be held liable if supplier, maker or fansite goes mia. refunds shall be issued only if payments are refunded to us. we are in no control of any conflicts or failures as we are only the receiving end, however we will make sure to communicate well with them so as to give our buyers assurance and quality service.
5. lovedust claims the right for possession of unpaid items if buyer fails to pay second payment after 3 weeks from the given deadline. we will only hold items for 3 weeks max. no refunds shall be given.
6. we have the right to deny a request for reclaim. buyer may choose to pay 50% of the total order amount as late payment fee. any unclaimed item may be resold by the shop at any time after the grace period stated.
*penalty fee
( late payment fee ) : 50 php per day after deadline of payment.
( cancellation fee ) : 300 php, if the item hasn't been bought from supplier or seller or 50% of the total amount once the item has already been secured.

frequently asked questions
q: i’d like to add / change a version of the item i ordered, is it possible to change?
a: for changes in order details, as long as we haven’t sent the final order list to fansite or supplier, you may still change version or item. simply send us a dm or email with your order number.
q: i changed my mind and i want to cancel my order. how do i proceed?
a: cancellation is strictly not allowed. be it due to buyer’s change of mind or any other reason. be responsible with your orders. if you still wish to proceed, please pay the cancellation fee.
q: i have two different orders, can i combine payment in one transaction?
a: yes, you may. please make sure to mention both order numbers when you submit a payment form.
q: i forgot i have to pay for this order and i don’t think i can pay on time. can i still pay after the deadline?
a: yes, please settle payment asap. late payments will have 50 php penalty fee. do make sure to inform us if ever you’re running late and cannot pay on said deadline.
q: do you allow combined shipping?
a: yes, we can combine items and ship them in one package.
q: how long will it take for my package to arrive?
a: metro manila and rizal areas are usually the next day delivery, 3 to 5 days for luzon, and 5 to 9 days for visayas and mindanao.
q: my package has been returned to sender. what do i do?
a: we shall re-ship the package only if buyer sends new shipping fee.
